Project Description:
The Anchor Project is the acquisition and renovation or new construction on targeted blocks of Erie’s core residential neighborhoods surrounding the downtown. This project allows for continued reinvestment into ready to go neighborhoods while the long term planning and establishment of a Neighborhood Redevelopment Fund is underway. The approach allows the community to continue precious momentum while at the same time making “set up” moves for long term success. This model may be applied to meet the needs of Permanent Supportive Housing.
