Millcreek Township General Authority is taking its first step in marketing authority-owned properties along West Eighth Street.
The hotel, motel, restaurants and retail shops previously located on the properties have been or are being demolished to provide approximately eight acres for new development. Demolition of the former Bel-Aire Hotel began on Monday.
