• the development new and redeveloped commercial and mixed-use square-footage;
• acres remediated for the attraction or expansion of major employers;
• direct new jobs created in operation and support of portfolio projects; and
• new residential units in mixed-use developments.

The impact that the Anchor Investments in the Greater Core portfolio aims to achieve can be framed by more than just the completion of the pipeline projects below, but rather by the overarching community outcomes which we aim to collectively ‘move the needle’ on, including:

• increasing total usable square-footage through development and transformational redevelopment;
• raising the overall property conditions in the greater core;
• raising both the commercial and residential occupancy rates; and
• encouraging private sector follow-on investment via public investment activity.
